Dear participants, the Accademia delle Scienze Fisiche e Matematiche is located in via Mezzocannone 8, at the so called "Palazzo Medievale". Via Mezzocannone is a street in the center of Naples, near the historical palace of the "Federico II" University, in main street Umberto I. If you arrive by train you can take a bus to the main street Umberto I, at the Station square (cost 1 Euro, you have to buy the ticket at a newspaper kiosk or a tobacconist shop) or you must get a taxi. If you arrive by air, at Capodichino airport you may take the bus 3S to central Station or the Alibus (3 euros, the ticket on bord of the same alibus) which stops only twice: at the central Station and at the Town Hall, or you must get a taxi to go to your hotel, residence or to the Accademia. There is a standard rate from airport to the center of Naples, in agreement with the town council.
